I will work closely with you to help you identify and overcome obstacles that are holding you back from achieving your goals. I take a holistic approach, addressing both the mindset and methodical aspects of your fitness challenges. My coaching style is supportive, compassionate, and empowering, and I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your innermost thoughts and feelings. I will also push you when necessary. My own journey began in my early 20s and I was nicknamed - Jane Fonda Jr due to my passion for exercise. Since then, I've completed The Fitness & Nutrition Expert Certification and have helped many friends & loved ones achieve their goals and transform their lives. In addition to my work as a fitness and nutrition coach, I'm also a 21 year practicing real estate broker who loves to travel in my down time. My belief is that a well-rounded life is key to achieving balance and happiness, and I strive to incorporate these values into my coaching practice.
